Important Notice Regarding USPS Postmark Changes:

Please be advised that the United States Postal Service has changed how postmarks are applied to mail. The postmark date may now reflect the date the mail is processed at a sorting facility, not the date it was placed in the mailbox.

Because of this change, residents are encouraged to mail payments several days before the due date to ensure they are received and postmarked on time.
